Payment Process:

Once we have received your information, we will promptly begin the account verification process. In some cases, we may contact you by phone to complete the verification. Upon successful verification, payment will be processed through PayPal within the same business day. Please be aware that PayPal applies a 2.9% transaction fee.

Our Process:

Once we purchase your account, granting us access, it will be used for redeeming airline tickets. This means your account will be utilized to book flights for third-party passengers. Alternatively, if we purchase your credit card points, they will be transferred to one of our partner airlines. You may receive notifications related to these transactions. If you have any questions, please contact our office.

  1. We reserve the right to access your account until the ticket has been utilized, meaning the passenger has completed their flight.

  2. We will only use the number of miles purchased, regardless of any additional miles that may accrue in your account after the sale.

  3. If your account does not have sufficient miles to book a ticket, we may add the necessary miles. These additional miles will belong to us and will only be added when required for booking.

  4. We do not purchase miles that are set to expire within six months of the sale.

Your Responsibilities:

Please note that while selling miles and points is legal, it may violate the terms and conditions of the respective airlines. As such, please refrain from disclosing details of the sale. For any questions, you may contact us at info@DirectiveTravel.com.

Additionally, do not change your account login credentials, PIN, or password until the transaction is complete. Any changes during this period may result in a payment reversal.
